Robert Parlane's Grave Restoration

- The Mid-Term Report

Some months ago the SFHG re-found the grave of Robert Parlane, Scotland's third ever, international goalkeeper. He had won his caps whilst playing fro Renton but work took him to Belfast, life and family took over and it is in that city that he died and is buried in a grave that a wee while ago looked as was and is just now is being restored as an SFHG initiative and at our expense.

As Was

Just Now and More to Come

This is just part of the work the we at the SFHG initiate and carry out and there are more graves of similar importance to Scottish and Scots global football history that are in a similar poor condition and which we hope to get to. And, of course, any money to help this work is greatly appreciated. For details of our Donations Account simply click here.
